Each food group has many beneficial elements for your bodies health and well-being.
One of the most helpful guides I have used has been the "eat well plate". The eat well plate has been developed to give guidance for a balanced and healthy diet. I really find it helps me, I think this is because it is a visual guide, so its easy to understand and use. It’s a circular chart, that portions the percentage of food groups that you should try to follow by each day or meal. I made this sharpie to show my application for the eat well plate and how it helped me to find balance.
