Protect the planet

After watching David Attenborough’s (my biggest icon) Blue Planet 2, I wanted to draw. I didn’t know what it was that I wanted to draw, but I felt I needed to touch some paper and get some colour down.

Blue Planet 2 has lots of episodes and in the particular one I watched the footage showed an array of sea-life all glowing in the most astonishing colours. The fish were vibrant and shone like rainbow moons in the sea, the coral, plants and rocks that engulfed them looked like the had been painted and patterned with sharpie pens.

So I gave my sharpie pens a go too and tried to see what kind of patterned sea creature I could create.
